A line of sight
Space to breathe. And to feel what is alive.
Sometimes life asks us to pause.
To listen to what is stirring in you, without needing to understand or fix anything right away.
In my practice for counselling and body work you are welcome to explore what’s going on inside: emotions, sensations and thoughts. Together we look, with kindness and without judgment, at your inner movements.
What is counselling? And body work?
Counselling and body work are two different therapeutic approaches, based on the same philosophy. Counselling begins with words, body work with breath and touch. In both approaches the starting point is you, in the here and now. Together we decide which approach best fits your needs at this moment.
Choose counselling or body work below to find out how I work.

For whom?
Counselling and body-work can help if you:
- feel like you spend too much time in your head and seek more calm and presence;
- experience stress, tension or fatigue; ;
- find it hard to sense or assert your boundaries;;
- struggle with doubt, insecurity or self-criticism ;
- get stuck in relationships, communication or connection;
- are going through grief, loss or change ;
- search for meaning, direction or purpose;
- want to get to know yourself better and get more in touch with your feelings ;
My guidance focuses on everyday life; how you relate to yourself, to others, and to what life brings. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment, but can be a valuable addition to personal growth and self-awareness.

Now and then I share an article, book or some other form of inspiration.
I'm interested to hear what you enjoy. What should I really read, hear or see?
